My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2021

I was really looking forward to my workout today! The desire to get back to pull-ups and chin-ups was strong, and I’m super grateful to be in no physical pain after my workout today. It’s great to feel that my muscles are getting stronger and not more injured (thanks to the slow controlled movements)

Here’s my calisthenics workout below!
