Very excited to share that I’m feeling great after a solid calisthenics workout this morning. I’ve let go of the rings and have brought my routine back to more simple basic body weight exercises, with some resistance band work added in.
I made sure to not go too hard, as I am maintaining a balance of building strength while healing from an injury.
All in all, a perfect start to the day!
