Got in over 7 miles on the bike today!
Been enjoying these rides from our place into town, and today I added in more of a HIIT style pace on the way back.
I used to do sprints weekly, so now I’ve incorporated full out bike sprints to made the rides more challenging.
This trifecta of calisthenics resistance training, fun cardio on my bike, and a whole foods plant based diet is really making a difference!
