My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2022

Another day without turning on my activity app.

I had a simple day but I think I have to be more intentional with my activity.

I had a busy day. I tried to hit a target of 10 hours a day of academic reading but I couldn't even get to 6 hours.

How do people gig their target?.

I really need to sit down and analyse why I am not able to hit my target.
