My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2024

Yesterday was Day 1 of my quarantine. I was not feeling well when I woke up, but I still went to the office because I needed to.

Around 10, I had a headache and a cough, so I took the test kit and got a bad result. I'm positive for COVID.

I immediately told my boss, then I went to our rural health unit to confirm, and I had the same result.

I went home and transferred my things to another room. I go out of the room sometimes, but I immediately disinfect my path. My wife gave me the things I needed when she arrived from work.
