End of the day now.

As written, I got minimal steps in.

I enjoyed 4-6 sets each of dumbbell curls and dumbbell shoulder presses. Those felt good and kept me going throughout the day; taking breaks outside and sitting under the sun also felt good and kept me going. It was a combination of factors, as most situations usually are, that created a mostly good day for me.

Finished a good amount of reading for my history research paper and am planning on repeating most of today’s process, tomorrow.
