Walking around Israel - Joggywalking in Azor - 12k activity - My Actifit Report Card: December 10 2022

Hello and welcome to today's activity report¹

At Saturdays I usually do a long morning cycling trip but today I couldn't go cycling and went joggywalking instead.

I joggywalked, that is an interval walking and jogging, for 9km to and from the town of Azor.

While walking, I am practicing mindfulness, gratefulness and appreciation of life
