My Actifitivity: July 22 2022
Friday.
After the nice bits of rain coming into yesterday, the sun and heat returned today. Not quite as hot but unpleasantly humid instead.
During the afternoon I took a quick dip in the lake to cool off and then I waited until sunset before taking another little walk to look for some fridaylicious content.
The moisture and the warmth are a guarantee for some nice mushroom growth and old decomposing tree stumps are prime locations for finding those fungi.
I don't think I've seen this kind before. The camera has oversaturated the orange colour a bit in the just-after-sunset-light but it didn't look any less alien in real life, either.
Well, is this a contribution for @ewkaw's #FungiFriday initiative?! I don't know, I haven't checked if there's another topic to be covered?! Doesn't really matter, I just like to serve my actispam with some mushrooms for Friday, either way.
