No Pain, No Gain
It's almost a week since I started doing cardio so I would get rid of as much body fat as possible and I've done some power walking and biking in this regard.
Monday to Wednesday was power walking time and during the past couple of days I rode the bike for about half an hour every morning.
According to my watch I scored about 20 minutes of fat burning training and about 10 of aerobic with the bike. During power walks it was a bit harder to raise my heart rate.
Evenings are for gym. Now it's time to go to bet and have some rest. Have a great weekend and see you tomorrow.
