Cardio Under The Sun
One thing that I have to work heavy on since I started working out is my abbs. I have abbs, but they're covered with fat.
Hence I need to do cardio as much as possible and I try to have that in the morning.
This way I can rest until I get to the gym.
The pic in this post was took at about 9 AM and the boat that you see under the sun belongs to one of the sports clubs we have.
Yesterday I scored about 16,000 steps according to actifit but today I was not that active. Sport is one of the best therapy and I highly regret not doing more this life time.
