Aprovechando a ejercitarme🏋️🤸💪

Hola mi gente hoy fui acompañar a mi hijo a su entrenamiento de fútbol a las 5:30am de la mañana al Politécnico de Barquisimeto, me fui deportiva para caminar y montarme en los aparatos que hay allí, de verdad que fue espectacular porque el clima estaba frío y así sí provoca caminar y ejercitarse
Luego espere que mi hijo terminara el entrenamiento y nos fuimos a la casa a bañarnos y a descansar un rato.
Ejercitarse aunque sea 20 minutos es satisfactorio para nuestro cuerpo 💪🤸🏋️

Then I waited for my son to finish training and we went home to take a shower and rest for a while.
