The Diary Game: Diary of Mr. Hainanese 23052020 Green Act

During recent Covid 19,
our daily life changed after Singapore implemented Circuit Breaker.

We no longer can eat out,
so take away lunch / dinner become part of our routine.

Most of my colleagues just buy lunch with polystyrene and plastic bags.

But I’m proud to bring my container along,
because of its outlook is a steel container,
it looks old school but catch most of my colleague eyes,
some praised about this,
and some even told me about memories of their mother lunchbox during old school time.

Day by day,
sooner they see I’m doing this as a norm,
and one day I noticed that my housemates have bought their own container from Shopee,
not one but four of them bought together!

I’m proud that how this simple act,
without need to spread a word to convince others but just lead as example,
can influenced others,
so I believe everyone have good in them that just need to be inspired.

All this thanks to my lovely wife who packed this container before I escaped to Singapore during Malaysia MCO. 😬
