煎饼小酥鱼
地方特色，小酥鱼配煎饼。鱼是去掉内脏的小黄鱼，非常薄，用盐腌过，下油锅炸到骨头都酥脆，一碰掉渣。
想起蔡澜说的榄仁酥鱼，是大鱼用砸碎的榄仁腌制，炸到酥脆，很想试一试。
