The Honor Roll Call and Sacred Reflection are part of a series of activities held to commemorate the Anniversary of the Proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, which this year is 79 years old.

The Honor Roll Call and Sacred Reflection aims to honor and commemorate the services of the heroes who fought for Indonesia's independence and the activity is a moment to reflect on the values ​​of struggle, sacrifice, and patriotism that have been inherited by the heroes, as well as reminding the public of the importance of maintaining national unity in filling independence.

The Roll Call of Honor and Sacred Reflection is held on August 17 every year, at exactly 00:00 WIB. This activity is carried out to commemorate the services of the heroes who have fought sincerely and died in the field of duty for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
