La cerda.

Buenas tardes familia de Wherein cómo an estado espero que bien y bendiciones.

Hoy estaba buscando unas fotos me tope con esta se trata de una cerda que compro mi hijo antes de irse a Ecuador la compró bebé y la crié asta que cumplió un año de verdad me costó tenerla que matar pero como dicen es la ley de la vida la maté para la Navidad del año 2020.

Y la preparamos en varias forma para el 24, el 25, 31 y 01 de Enero y con una pierna trasera la preparé un jamón serrano y les cuento que quedó muy sabrosa.

Today I was looking for some photos I came across this one it is about a sow that my son bought before going to Ecuador he bought her as a baby and I raised her until she was a year old it really cost me having to kill her but as they say it is the law of life I killed her for Christmas 2020.

And we prepared it in various ways for January 24, 25, 31 and 1 and with a hind leg I prepared a serrano ham and I tell you that it was very tasty.
