Recipe Woll Roll Bread

Materials :
250 grams of high protein flour
20 grams of powdered milk
50 grams of sugar
4 grams of instant yeast
1 egg
100 ml of water
1/2 teaspoon salt
30 grams of butter

How to make :
™In the container put flour, powdered milk, sugar and instant yeast. Stir until combined.
™Add eggs and water. Stir until well blended.
™Add salt and butter. stir until elastic.
™Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand for 30 minutes - 1 hour. Until it expands 2x.
™Divide the dough into 5 pieces or 94 grams each then make a round.
™Rest again for 15 minutes.
™Take 1 dough and flatten it using a rolling pin.
™Slice the slices in half using a scraper. Some are not sliced, give the filling according to taste, then roll it.
™Arrange in a round pan that has been greased with butter. I used a 18cm diameter pan and it only fits 4 pcs.
™Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour until it expands twice as much.
™Brush the top with liquid milk / egg.
™Put in a preheated oven
™Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes using top and bottom flame. Adjust to each oven.
™Remove and grease the top with margarine while it's still hot. Let it warm and remove it from the pan.
™Woll roll bread is ready to be served
