Bollos/Buns

Comunidad les comparto estos bollos que preparó mi madre @yennyr72 con chorizos, aliños verdes y harina de maíz, luego de sofreír todo lo licuó para armarlos en las hojas de cambur. Quedaron muy sabrosos, la mezcla de sabores resultó muy agradable.

Community I share these buns that my mother prepared @ yennyr72 with sausages, green dressings and corn flour, after frying everything, she blended them to assemble them in the banana leaves. They were very tasty, the mixture of flavors was very pleasant.
