What do you do when you feel down, helpless, feeling so small, as if there's noway out?

For a very brief moment in my life, I felt exactly just that. Actually most of the time, that feeling still linger. It seems we don't have a choice what life is treating us, but we do have a choice to choose to accept it and be grateful with what we already had.

A neighbor is gone, and I don't even know until the lady told me her husband is no longer here. I'm glad she looks ok and doesn't seem to be in a bad shape, but who am I to judge.

When we're out of choice, choose prayer. Pray to the God, open our eyes and see what's good for us. Or, we can ignore, continue to live our life.
