Lent season

Lent season has began

As what happened last year, lent took place and half way there, interrupted by lockdown. This year, lent begin during lockdown.

I'm not a Catholic by all means, but the female tiger is. I think I've been influenced enough and knowing what to expect and what not. I decided to follow up with abstain practice is not due to religion, but more of a respect to her, on the other hand it was a self challenge.

Last year, the challenge was interrupted halfway, due to unavailability of certain food, some occassion we switched and kinda break the abstaining rule, but the greatest achievement was stop smoking since I couldn't get one.

Not that I'm proud that I've stopped smoking due to unavailability of cigarettes, but I have always been wanted to stop, and I think this is the best reason for me to stop it once and for all.

Over the past 1 year, I've gain substantial amount of weight due to over eating after stopped smoking. We all know those are excuse, I know I still want to smoke and still tempting to. This year, let me try to at least eat healthily, and my goal is to reduce body fat by 6% during this 40 days.
