Bánh xèo là món ăn nổi tiếng của Việt Nam.
Cái tên "Bánh Xèo" theo nghĩa đen có nghĩa là "bánh xèo" trong tiếng Việt, đề cập đến âm thanh xèo xèo được tạo ra khi bột được hấp trên vỉ nướng nóng.
Bánh xèo bao gồm một chiếc bánh crepe giòn với nhiều nguyên liệu khác nhau như thịt lợn, tôm, giá đỗ và rau.
