feliz dia amigos wherein y wherein-esp. un excellent dia para mis amigos de esta comunidad. les comparto una receta facilita para tu desayuno o merienda.
coco. rayado a tu gusto.
papelon o piloncillo .
agua . canela, vainilla, clavitos de olor o dulces
harina de trigo .
procedimiento: en 4 tazas de agua puse a derritir el papelon con canela, y clavitos dulces para hacer un melao ligero . mienttas tanto rallaba el coco y media la harina .
una vez listo el melao. cuelo y le agrego el coco rallado, le pongo vainilla al gusto y voy incorporando la harina de trigo . 1 taza a la vez. uo use 4 tazas de harina que agregue pocoa poco. y 1 cudita de bicarbonTo de soda, mezcle hasta que se integro todo muy bien y por ultimo 3 cradas me margarina . teemine de batir y en un molde untado con margarina y harina. agregue la mezcla . la lleve al horno. por aprox 1hora. o hasta que al pinchar la torta el palillo salga limpio , el horno estaba a 160c.
