Suryakumar topped Rizwan

During the Asia Cup, Mohammad Rizwan topped the T20 batsmen's ranking by overtaking his teammate Babar Azam. His two-month reign ended on Wednesday. India's Suryakumar Yadav has dethroned Pakistan's keeper-batter and climbed to the top in the weekly update of the ICC rankings published today. Suryakumar scored 134 runs against Rizwan's 67 runs in the first three matches of this year's T20 World Cup. His rating point is 863. Rizwan's points down to 842.

Riley Russo of South Africa and Glenn Phillips of New Zealand have made a big jump in the ranking of T20 batsmen due to their century in the World Cup. Russo moved up 17 places to number eight and Phillips moved up five places to number seven. Liton Das (35) and Afif Hossain (43) have advanced one step among the Bangladeshi batsmen.

Sri Lankan leg-spinner Wanindu Hasaranga (697) has moved up to number two in the ranking of bowlers. He is only three points behind top-ranked Afghan spinner Rashid Khan (700). Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan holds the top position in the ranking of all-rounders.
