The community has different schedule dates for MODs to review articles and select publications for booming. We are paired in 2s and everyone select 3 best user after checking the quality of the post and also checking to be sure that they said user has not receive booming in the community for the week or has not exceeded the 3x booming for the week. These selections are still checked by @steemdoctor1 to be sure they meet the requirement. I guess if the users receive booming this much we can consider that as coincident and will also work hard next time to distribute the booming support to more users.
