I don't agree that skycorridors is "Spamming Content". Naomi Brockwell is an influencer in the crypto space, and she posts links to her own original high quality video content, daily at most (and usually far less). Also, she is not supporting her content with artificial upvotes.
The problem with her content is simply that our front ends need to be able to embed the videos from platforms other than YouTube (like Odysee), but it's not her fault that they don't.
IMO, Steem should be welcoming and inviting to content creators like her who have large audiences and produce high quality content. (See here)
I know her. I was able to recognize her by visiting her profile.
skycorridors shared only 1 link in some post. There should be some text added.

IMO, this guideline only makes sense for people who are posting videos that were produced by others. I don't think it should be applied to video creators who are sharing links to their own original, high quality, videos. There's no reason why video creators can't/shouldn't share their own videos from other sites. This creates an opportunity to build an on-chain audience that could discuss the videos in a reply thread here.
Also, the word "spam" typically connotes a high numbers of messages. At one or two posts per week, skycorridors is not posting high numbers of posts.
