RE: Booming Curations Cases - Nepotism is on Trending.

You are right, dear friend @adeljose. Unfortunately, when it's a coordinated scheme they would always find a way to come up with excuses to defend the course.

But come to think of it, is it possible for a user who is barely active to get these supports on almost 98% of his/her articles as identified by @bountyking5? This is an indication that something is wrong, regardless of whatever excuse or defense (remember, a coordinated scheme is hard to break).

That said, some time ago a CR was caught having replied "Thank you" to a curator's upvote's comment on another user's article (which was a mistake on his side because he didn't know he was operating his main account at that moment). In short, this person came up with an excuse that the owner of the account was busy and he has helped him to manage the account. Even though we knew that was a lie because he owns the account, Does operating an account on behalf of another person satisfy the Proof of Brain (PoB) STEEM was built on?

Such occurrence has paved the way for so many scammers and it's having a huge effect on the ecosystem. Many things need to be tightened up to enjoy a healthy Steem ecosystem.
