yes, there must be already built and must be available on Github. But I guess, you could write a trigger in the voting bot for the app, that trigger will only work if the post is posted via the app so no more dependency on the signature at the end of the post or even signing the app. Via a trigger I mean you can write an API that can be used to trigger the voting bot to vote a user who posted via the app if the user did not post via the app that trigger will never be triggered so no cheating! And further you can add more rules to the voting bot for example vote with high power to regular users, on the basis of the content quality. Maybe it is already available, but I guess you may have to write your own.

There also some Api is available for this purpose as Steemworld already using an api to show the app used to create a post.
Yeah, Steem is open source. So there must be open source APIs, but the problem is that at the end of the day people abandon it so, some one depending on other's at least need to put some considerations.
As we have been here for years you may have seen some great projects get abandoned. So I guess this is the problem that is needed to be addressed.
