[AVLE] Posting Advanced Settings - Reward, Beneficiaries

The last settings of a posting are reward type and beneficiary.

Reward Type Setting

The setting for the reward type is easy and simple.

Beneficiary Setting

As you know Steemit has a wonderful feature which is the beneficiary setting.
This will be the key feature of the AVLE dapp!

When you click the '+ add beneficiary' button, then a new input field appears:

Then, by tapping the account filed, followers/following list screen appears to select the beneficiary:

The selected account shows with its avatar in the list.

There are things to develop more. There were some issues in updating state of immutable list. Keeping immutability needs more codes!
