Смотря в каком будущем. Если смотреть в прошлое, а точнее в СССР преступность отмирает. В первую очередь нет коррупции. Полиция не заинтересована брать взятки. Нет продажных адвокатов и судей. Каждый преступник по сути своей одиночка. Они могут лишь сбиваться в небольшие банды. Да и то не имеет особого смысла.
It depends in what future. If you look at the past, or rather in the USSR, crime is dying off. First of all, there is no corruption. The police are not interested in taking bribes. There are no corrupt lawyers and judges. Every criminal is essentially a loner. They can only form small gangs. And even that doesn't make much sense.

Хотелось бы сказать, что преступность снижается, но сегодня бедности больше, чем было исторически.
Люди здесь действительно плохо информированы и отказываются это изменить.
Преступность порождает не бедность. Преступность порождает богатство. Даже не так. Бедных не существует, если нет богатых. Богатые создают бедных. Если нет бедных не будет богатых. Не будет людей готовых на все ради денег. Убираем богатых и нет бедных. Не надо содержать жалкую кучку людей за огромные средства. Эти средства идут на благо всех. На самом деле ресурсов: пища, одежда, жилье, отдых очень много. Пищи больше, чем нужно населению. Одежды больше, чем надо населению. Жилья больше. Всего больше! Просто в капитализме пища - товар. Не существует товара, который не продан. Супермаркет будет уничтожать тонны продуктов, которые не продал. Глупо...
