Happy and blessed day for all, today I dedicate my beautiful and sublime Sunday in a walk through an infinity of rich fruits and beautiful flowers, which cheer and strengthen us in these times of coraviruses, difficult for all and for many families of infinite sadness, for the loss of sere, job and others, it is time to have faith and hope that soon this evil will disappear from the face of the earth

I really enjoy fruits and these are some of my favorites. Fruits are very beneficial for our body, since they provide us with water, vitamins, minerals, fiber and different beneficial compounds for health. They are sweet, tasty, have few calories and practically no saturated fat, enjoy them.

Flowers transmit many things to us, they speak of sincerity, friendship, birth or love for a mother. They do not need to be accompanied by a written message. Giving flowers is expressing positive feelings and in some cases also negative. The ideal is to cultivate them and enjoy all the phases from planting it, watching it grow to the beautiful flowers.
