What is better for Steem Value: Bringing New Users or Bringing New Investors?
New User or New Investor?
This is actually an interesting contest. A question which somehow opens everyone's eye on how we consider steemit blockchain or platform. My attention was grabbed tight when I have read the title of the contest. If you are serious with steemit, you would really be caught up with the question especially if it is the first time you encountered it. So much for that yet, I would like to send my sincerest "Thank You" to @tatjanastan for bringing this contest up. This is essential.

New User or New Investor, which is better?
Honestly, at first I was thinking that new investor is better than new user; however, upon digging it deeper, I figured it out that both are at same importance. Why? When I signed up in steemit (obviously, I was a new user that time), I didn't have any amount to invest and I was still exploring steemit: how it works, how I can earn (more), what else I can do. I admit that there was no much essential knowledge gained than just to earn, and that was a year ago. Only until this year that I encountered a post from @dobartim the importance of investing and reinvesting to steemit. What I would like to say is that, new users sometimes are just misguided due to no enough anf proper knowledge about the platform. With that, they failed to see what is it on the top. On one hand, though new users are not confirmed investors, but the more new users we bring to the platform, the more possible new investors are in.
Which concept (new user or new investor) will bring quality content, excellent steem price, and growth of the blockchain social network growth?
For me, the real question is not about who can create quality content or who can increase steem value, instead it is a challenge of how influencial we are, to bring more new users and to attract more new investors, and to transform these users into huge contributors to steem blockchain. Each and everyone in steemit plays an important role if guided accordingly. These roles help to boost blockchain social network growth.
More New Users, More Possible Investors!
My Proposal!
To have moderators or community officials who would surely check users' Wallet History before forwarding the post for upvote to curators
Scenarios and Actions after checking the wallet history:
Scenario 1:
- User been withdrawing all his/her SBDs and/or Powering Down
Action:
- Post will not be introduced to curators for upvote but instead, will be educated through leaving a comment with articles about the importance of powering up and/or reinvesting.
Scenario 2:
- User been doing Power Up
Action:
- Leave a comment encouraging the user to continue with the reinvestment and is forwarded to curator for upvote.
