The backstroke improves our body structure and keeps the spine straight. Swimming in the pool backstroke during adolescence can increase height. 6 The butterfly stroke strengthens abdominal muscles. Even though swimming is not something many people enjoy, there are a few great exercises that can be done. Swimming is good for your body and prevents you from getting any diseases. Swimming every day can reduce your risk of developing heart disease. I have been to several swimming pools. I prefer the Munshiganj swimming pool. You have all the facilities and security you need in an open setting.
