Around Comilla's 97 km of the Dhaka-Chittagong highway, which includes the railway station, a significant bus stop, Alekharchar Bishwaroad, Mainamati Cantonment area, highway road, and large hotels, these bogus stores are being constructed. People who were driving from Dhaka to the districts of Chittagong, Cox's Bazar, Sylhet, Brahmanbaria, Noakhali, Feni, Lakshipur, Chandpur, etc.
stopped their cars on the highway and were duped into purchasing Rasmalai from these stores. Our Matri Bhandar does not have any branches anywhere, according to Anupam Das, manager of the Matr Bhandar in Comilla's Manoharpur.
However, some dishonest sellers are peddling rosmalai by prefixing the name Matribhandar with New, Priya, Adi, Comilla, etc.
This damages the reputation of the almighty Rosmalai of Comilla while defrauding the customers.
