kacci biriyani

Kacci biriyani is one of the treandy traditional food.

Most of the occasion and party kacci is one of the mast item.
Rosted potato 🥔🍠 juicey beef 🍖🍖 and mixtures of masala creates it mind-blowing.

Recipe

1.beef or meat

1. Potato
   3.bashmoti rice
2. Milk
   5.biriani masala
3. safron
4. Lemon
5. Onion 🧅🧅
6. Green chilli
7. Mastard oil
8. Ghee
9. Kismiss
10. Alubokhara
11. Kaju nuts
12. Pesta nuts

At first merinet beef or meat 2 hours 🥓🥓
90% cooked rice 🍚🍚
90% cooked merineted beef or meat
Potato fries until it's golden colour
Then take a pan and firstly take merineted beef or meat then rosted potato and cooked rice and at last decorated with kismiss nuts alubokhara green chilli
Then seel the pan and cooke the beriany mediam heat at 30 min

প্রথম চিংড়ি মাছ পরিষ্কার করে নিতে হবে । তারপর মিক্সড মাখিয়ে চিংড়িতে দুধ এবং ইয়োগার্টের সাথে মেরিনেট করে রাখতে হবে , তারপর এটাকে আধাঘন্টা ভালো করে কষাতে হবে ।এরপর পোলাও ৯০% রান্না হয়ে আসলে এর উপর কসানো চিংড়ি দিয়ে বাদাম কিসমিস পিস এবং পেয়াজ দিয়ে সুন্দর করে ডেকোরেশন করতে হবে তারপর পাতিল টা সিলগালা করে দিতে হবে এরপর অল্প আছে আধাঘন্টা রান্না করতে হবে এবং গরম গরম পরিবেশন করতে হবে

Pan kabab basically treandy traditional fast food item.
If you want then you can try with noodles of butter nun 🧈🧈 or bread 🍞🍞🥖🥖

The main part of this kaba is marination .. total 1 day need to marinate the beef
এরপর পেঁয়াজ ভেজে নিতে হবে তারপর ম্যারিনেট করা মাংস কড়াইতে হালকা বাটার দিয়ে ভেজে নিতে হবে হালকা সোনালী রং আসার পর মাংস উঠিয়ে নিতে হবে এরপর বাটার মাখিয়ে ওভেন ে আধা ঘন্টা ৩৫০ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াসে বেক করতে হবে। এরপর আপনার মন মত নুডুলস অথবা নান যেকোনো টা দিয়ে খেতে পারেন।
