The rate of taking professional help for anxiety may vary from country to country but the rate is very low all over the world. t's totally understandable why people don't go for any professional help. Many social and economical things are connected to it. When people feel they are facing anxiety, the first thing they try to do is dealing this personally.

It's a popular misconception that personal help can really cure anxiety. Yeah, personal help is necessary and there's no way to deal anxiety without it. But we can't deny the necessity of medication. And the alarming news is people even take medication inappropriately without any registered doctor's consult in many countries.
