Flashbacks (Freewrite)

Life has been great in Italy for Gwyneth. She is having a simple life but decided to buy a mansion so to spend some of the fruits of her labor. Also, some people get to recognize her. Having a mansion at least gave her security. The location of the mansion is great as it is overlooking the beach.

Gwyneth tried to disconnect herself from the entertainment world by not having an internet, though she has a phone. One morning, someone is calling her with an unknown number. She answered the phone, and it was Ethan. They talked for a while, and Ethan decided to give Gwyneth a visit. She had a feeling of excitement until Ethan revealed he will be visiting with her girlfriend, and meet her.

Gwyneth ignored what she felt thinking it's an excitement to see her bestfriend whom she haven't seen for a long time. She prepared everything including foods for their lunch. The day came when Ethan and his girlfriend came, and they were let in by the guard. As Gwyneth opened the door, she refused to give Ethan a hug, instead a handshake, as a sigb of respect for his girlfriend, whom she gave a welcoming hug after introduced by Ethan.

Ethan's girlfriend is looking around the mansion in awe while heading to the living room when Gwyneth bumped on him. There goes flashback in her head when they were together and bumped each other. Gwyneth immediately got back to her position and walked through the living room.

She invited them to the dining room for lunch, and while they're passing the foods, she remembered those days when they're together eating in the restaurant with their bandmates. So many memories about them being together returned.

Gwyneth was so upset at herself so after the lunch, she left them for a while to go to the room. She know it's not right, and convinced herself that she and Ethan are just friends, and everything about them has ended. She prayed for a while.

She returned to where the her visitors at, and invited them to go to the beach which is just a walking distance from the mansion. While walking and having the fresh air hitting her face, she felt the acceptance about her and Ethan, and that she enjoys her life now.
