Swimming ducks, a wide lake and my favourite playground || My childhood sweet memories

Hello friends,

Hope you all are well in this turbulent situation all over the world. Coronavirus is grabbing our freedom everyday. We are bound to maintain social distances. From today I am in home quarantine as the government has declared holiday for 10 days.

However, this is the best time to go through some good memories. Nevertheless, childhood memories are the best memories to recall for everyone, I believe.

I have grown up in a village. I have many memories related to my small village. In those days, I was busy swimming in the lake, watching the ducks, playing cricket in my favourite playground, chasing butterflies and many more.

I used to swim in a wide lake with my friends in my childhood. It was our regular routine. This was a big lake. We had a swimming competition everyday from one side to another side of the lake. This was very much interesting and competitive. Here is picture of the lake.

In my last visit to this lake, I found some ducks there. Those ducks were getting prepared to start swimming in the lake. The scenario looked like a mirror of my childhood memories. This is similar picture what I used to see in my childhood. I took some pictures. Here you are-

There is a playground adjacent to this lake. This was one of my favourite playground of the village. We used to play cricket everyday in the afternoon. That day I was watching some boys playing cricket in the same ground. For a moment, I went back to my old days and had the feeling that I was playing in the ground.

After playing cricket, we jumped into the lake to take our evening bath. The lake was well decorated with many staircases. The stairway started from the ground to the lake water.

I came back to Dhaka with some sweet memories of my childhood. All the memories play in my mind every now and then.
