Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I am among you in the "Reflexiones de Vida" community for the engagement contest of the fifth week of the Engagement Challenge S12. Today's Engagement contest topic is "Animals in extinction" which I like very much for which I thank the "Animals in extinction" community team and at the same time I present my post to you.

What are the causes of animal extinction?

There are many logical reasons for animal extinction and among these according to experts are increasing population pressure, massive deforestation, poaching of wildlife, decreasing river navigability, imbalanced environment, neglect and carelessness. Various species of trees and fish are disappearing and environmentalists fear that if this situation continues, our country will one day lose its biodiversity. Animals are also threatened with extinction due to destruction of animal habitats, cutting of forest trees, hunting of wild animals etc.

Which animals in my country are in danger of extinction?

Sundarbans is the largest mangrove forest in Bangladesh and thousands of animals live in this forest. But due to time and pirates several animals have become extinct from our country and some animals are on the verge of extinction. The animals that can disappear from our Bangladesh are: wild tiger, mechho tiger, forest cat and various types of vultures, monkeys, turtles are in danger of disappearing from Bangladesh. Mainly because of the free movement of people and deforestation, the habitats of different animals and the lack of food for animals, as a result of which the biodiversity of Bangladesh is partly at risk.

What advice do I have to save endangered animals?

In order to save the animals from the threat of extinction, destruction of their habitats should be avoided and the forest department should play a proper functional role here. But to save animals from extinction I am mentioning some suggestions below.

• First of all, human awareness can save animals from the threat of extinction.
• Destruction of animal habitats should be avoided.
• Avoid cutting forest trees or hunting wild animals.
• To expand the forest, different species of trees should be planted next to the forest.
• It should be remembered that one of the reasons for the extinction of animals is their lack of food. So if you want to protect forest carnivores you have to avoid hunting herbivores.
• Government laws regarding animal development of the country must be followed.

What is my call to save endangered animals?

My call for conservation of endangered animals will be: "Ensure conservation of animals, protect biodiversity". The call is my own and I believe that the role of animals in preserving the biodiversity of this world is immense. For example one sentence I will mention here and it is that, we all know that trees are the best friend of man and because of trees we provide oxygen, food and wood for our breath and we make various furnitures in homesteads with housing. In order to protect these beneficial trees or forests, there are many species of wild animals in the forest, fearing which people are often afraid to cut trees in the forest, where wild animals play an important role in protecting the forest. In a word, the habitat of these animals is in the forest and they protect their habitat from humans. So we have to ensure conservation of animals to protect our biodiversity.

Conclusion

The earth is not only human habitat or only human property but also thousands of species of animals, insects and reptiles live here which preserve this biodiversity. So we should save these animals to keep this world good.
