Hi Steemians here in #SaturdayMemories and to @olga-maslievich thank you for this wonderful initiative. This is @saneunji from Philippines and here's how I spend my summer 2020.

Year 2020

A very historical, overwhelming and devastating year. So many things had happened in our lives over the past year when the world was hit by the " Pandemic ". It was when the world stopped and people anguished by the wrath of the virus. In just a blink of an eye everything changed and we couldn't do anything but to adapt to the changes imposed by the government for the safety of all humanity. Year 2020 indeed was a tough year and everyday I thank God beacause my family and I survived the year 2020 safe and sound.

With all the chaos in the world and all the safety protocols strictly implemented a year ago, my summer of 2020 was a bit different unlike the usual out of town summer vacation. It was plain and simple but I had fun and I enjoyed every moment of it.

Last year I spent my summer in a healthy way and engage myself more on physical activities such as exercising early in the morning to boost my immune system which I found very essential especially during this trying times of pandemic. It's not the usual summer outing but I'm glad I did it because it's very beneficial to my health, it's fun, it's empowering and of course seeing beautiful sceneries of nature was very amazing and breath-taking. I have here few photos captured while doing my morning exercise with friends.

I just really love how I spent my summer of 2020. I totally agree with Miss @olga-maslievich when she said that " we don't have to travel far just to enjoy and have fun". Of course we can always explore nearby places and discover it's beauty and make the most out of the moment together with the people you are most comf'table with, Family and Friends.
