I almost forgot Today being Saturday...is always a fun to share on Saturday memories. How I wish everyday is better Saturday. Many Thanks to @olga.maslievich for the brain behind this great idea. I will always be grateful and the community member for the continues support.

Today, I would like to share on some memories I had sometime past that I couldn’t share. I had a chance to work last year with National Identification Authority who was in charge of registering every Ghanaian with a card which will serve as an identity card for all. Through that work, I almost visited every part of the country especially to most part I’ve never visited.

The Northern part of the country is one of the place where people don’t really like visiting, but I must there have a very rich and nice place to entertain its visitors.
I went to the Upper west of the country and we had the chance to visit the biggest Baobab tree in west Africa.
This tree has a great history to the community. It has been there for many many years now. And it was once served as a refuge for the people in the whenever there is an attack from the neighboring community.
Some pictures on our way going to the community
The only means you can get this by joining this tricycle.
This was my first experience and I really enjoyed it

Around the tree..the biggest of all.
We were ask not to get so close since on top of the tree are bees and they might attack us.

One fascinating thing about this tree is the only point where you can get access to internet.
As you can see from the picture,my colleague synchronizing her work to the system.

We had a lot of fan with the people and we really enjoyed our stay there. The people were too friendly and they made our work very easier for us.

I will always be grateful for the opportunity the NIA OFFICE GAVE ME TO WORK AND VISIT MANY PLACES IN THE COUNTRY AS WELL.

Once again many thanks to my dear initiating of this #saturdaymemories and steemcurator01, steemcurator06, booming 03 and all members here for making the community exciting.
