Today I made a local Noddles with Fried Egg

Ingredients

• Noodles

• Groundnut oil

• Egg

• Red pepper

• Tomatoes

• Seasoning

Process of Preparation

I First per boil the Noodles with hot water, and I add Red pepper, tomatoes and seasoning to taste

Then I allow it to cook for some minutes, later I fry the egg separately.

When the Noodles is about to dry I then add the fried egg

Conclusion
