SEC-S18W2 | My Trip to the Samudera Pasai Islamic Museum

Dear friends, admins and all moderators of the community. I'm trying to take part in the Steemit involvement challenge again on today's occasion, which of course is organized by our beloved community together. Just go straight to the discussion.

Tell us about your trip to the Museum. What is the name of the place?

In order to close the end of the 2023-2024 academic year for grade 6 students, the study tour is also an event of togetherness before separation arrives. Our travel plans to Banda Aceh City were hampered by various factors, so to cover up this failure, we chose another tourist spot, namely around North Aceh Regency.

Even though we visited several locations last Tuesday, it was the visit to the "Islamic Museum Samudera Pasai" that was the news I wanted to present on this occasion.

We are teacher representatives who guide students on a trip to visit the Samudera Pasai Islamic Museum which is located in Geudong, North Aceh Regency. Start leaving using a school bus belonging to the North Aceh district transportation service at around 09.00 am West Indonesia Time. 25 grade 6 students, with 6 of us representing teachers, arrived at the main visit location, namely the Museum, at around 09.45 minutes West Indonesian time.

How much do you pay for museum entrance tickets? Express the price in dollars and Steem?

Because this museum is located in the district we live in, the ticket fee to enter the museum is only (Rp. 5,000) per person. There were 25 of us, plus 6 teachers, with a total of 31 people visiting the Samudra Pasai Islamic Museum. The total costs we incurred were (Rp. 155,000), Indonesian currency.

When compared with the current price of steem when converted to Indonesian currency it is (1 steem is equivalent to Rp. 4,800). Thus, the amount of costs we incur when expressed in the current steem price is only (33 steem). However, fortunately these costs are fully borne by our school principal.

Which exhibition do you like better? State your reasons?

In the Pasai Ocean Islamic Museum, of course there are more exhibits about the heritage of the Islamic kingdom in our beloved land of Aceh. Such as tombstones engraved with Arabic calligraphy, household utensils of kings from the Islamic kingdom of Pasai Ocean, as well as stories written about each object on display in detail.

Apart from that, this museum also displays photos of kings who once ruled the Islamic kingdom in Aceh, as well as photos of heroes who were instrumental in fighting for our country's independence.
