Evening Magic at the Renovated DC Park.

In 2022, our district commissioner took the initiative to hold a flower festival. That's why he selected a place outside the city a little away from the beach, which used to be a lake view restaurant. The flower festival was successfully completed in which I also participated. But we know that flowers don't last long, so later the initiative was taken to develop the place as a tourist center. Finally a new tourist center has been built in our area which is named DC Park.

I had previously shared updates about the park's construction on my blog. Currently, the park has been incorporated with various types of entertainment facilities and amenities as per the needs of the tourists.

Initially, it was open to all and there was no fee to enter here, but now all tourists have to pay a ticket of 30 BDT/1.5 STEEM , and children under 5 years old can still enter for free.

Many people visit the park in the afternoons to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The park's main attraction is its lakes. Anyone will be impressed by the clear water of the lake and the cool environment around. Although there is no seating arrangement beside the lakes, visitors often sit on the grass to admire the surroundings. I've attached some photos of these beautiful lakes.

I don't know if it is right to call these lakes as they're more like large ponds. Visitors can enjoy fun boat rides. Although there was a flower garden to enjoy with the family, a kids zone, sports zone and many other entertainments elements but I spent the entire afternoon at the lakeside.

The park truly comes alive in the evenings when the sun sets and the lights sets the pathways. Walking through the narrow streets next to the lake in the light of the lamppost lights creates a magical feeling. A little further forward, there are several seats arranged for sitting on the side which are not easily found empty. Most of the seats are quickly occupied by tourists as the view there is worth enjoying. The moon appears exceptionally bright and beautiful from here.

Due to security reasons, tourists can stay here till 8 pm, no one can stay here for more than that time. You can come to this park with the help of any transportation from Chittagong city, I am attaching the location of the DC PARK for your convenience. This is a unique place for those looking for a quiet environment to enjoy a beautiful afternoon.
