The Diary Game [18/05/2024] Saturday, Engaging in so many activities, and also getting to eat my favorite meal.

It's me your favorite girl @missyleo. First and foremost let me wish you all a beautiful good morning from my home country #Nigeria.

^{Perfect breakfast}

I started my day with cooking of beans for the family, it wasn't time consuming at all that's because we have a pressure pot that helps easy the coming process for me.

^{After washing the beans}

I started by washing the beans and put it into the pressure pot and I placed it on the gas cooker while it was boiling I sliced onion and set aside, when the beans has boil for about 5minutes I removed it from the fite and filter out the water the pour jt back into the pressure pot then I put the slice onions into it immediately.

After putting the onions into the beans and I allowed it boil for like 15minutes to soften all. When it was all done and soften I now pour it back into the normal cooking pot and then added all my ingredients, ranging from:

• Salt
• Maggie
• pepper
• Onions
• Red oil
• Fish

After putting all the ingredients I stir it and then covered the pot and allowed it to boil for about 5 -10 minutes. After few minutes again I checked on it by stiring it ,it was now done by then. I called on my elder sister to come and dished it for us.

After dishing out our portion, we all came and pick it one after the other in order of seniority 🤣.

After picking it, we have to decide on how we are going to eat it by ourselves. We all know that beans is a very good source of protein and it can be eaten in so many ways, so I'm gonna show you all the ways we used in eating our own.

^{Using beans to drink garri}

My two nieces used their beans to drinking, putting the dry garri in water, one funny thing about the two of them is that their drinking garri is not always watering, they said, they said the like it dry.

I and the other girls made garri with hot water (eba) to eat with the beans, that's swallowing, that method can last longer in your stomach like this, I really enjoyed it.

While my elder sister and the youngest child use the beans and eat with pap, so that was the methods we all used in eating our beans and we all enjoyed it.

After the meal I had to do laundry, there's no day I don't wash the kids clothes either plenty of it or small.

After washing I arranged the rooms, put everything in order then I went and took my shower, dressed up and to my sister's shop for an errand. At the shop I used the opportunity and cleaned off the old nail polish on my nail then I redo another one.

After doing the nail, I was hungry and I saw a woman selling Abacha, I couldn't resist it because it's been long I ate it so I bought it and ate with my nice there in the shop.

After eating I now went to do the errand that I was send by my sister. I was to buy drinks and come home in case we have visitors that will come and see my sister new born baby.

After buying and paying for the drinks, they vendor packaged it for me and I left and went home. As I got home my sister was having fever I had to rushed to the pharmacy and got her drugs but she wasn't able to eat solid food, I needed to give her something light so she can take the medicine.

I went to the grocery store to get bread and beverage so I can prepare hot tea for her to take.

I got home and prepared the hot tea for her, I put avocado pear for her on the bread so that she can eat it and take the medicine.

After taking the drugs, she was able to sleep and the pain was relieved of her, while I stay awake and watched over the little infant till she finally slept. I also went into my room and also lay down because I was tired and sleepy too, even though I wanted to make this post that night before sleeping but that wasn't possible.
