A beautiful tour of Uttara Ganabhavan in Natore.
Hello Travellers,
Dear Admins, Moderators, and User Friends of the Traveling Steem Community, Greetings and Congratulations. I finally got around to telling you about a trip I had. Today I will share the experience of visiting Dighapatia Rajbari aka Uttara Ganabhavan in Natore.
About Uttara Ganabhavan,
It is 3 km north of Natoreshahr and is in a beautiful environment famous for its history Dighapatia Rajbari or Uttara Ganabhavan. After receiving her Naib Dayaram, Queen Bhavani of Natore gave him Dighapatia Pargana. After the zamindari system was abolished in 1947, the last king of Dighapati, Pratibha Nath Roy, left the palace and moved to Calcutta with his family. Later, the palace remained abandoned. The government of East Pakistan took control of it in 1966 and rebuilt it to serve as a government facility. In 1972, the Dighapatia Rajbari was named Uttara Ganabhavan.
I went to the Uttara Ganabhaban tour with my family. We collected tickets to enter Uttara Ganabhaban. Tourists can enter the Uttara Ganabhaban by collecting a ticket worth Tk 30 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. After entering the Ganabhaban, we visited various structures. The main gate of the Uttara Ganabhaban has a large clock from Florence, Italy. which still keeps the correct time and has a large bell, the sound of which can still be heard from afar.
In front of the main building, there are cannons built by the British. Ornamental trees of various varieties of native and foreign. Sculptures made by skilled hands in precious marble stones.
Different types of flowering plants. Flowering plants have flowers of different colors. Butterflies are flying on the flowers. I took pictures of the roses in the then-princess's rose garden. There are small and big colorful rose flowers blooming on the trees. I love flowers so I wandered around the flower garden and collected some pictures.
While walking around Uttara Ganobhaban, we met some animals. We saw some deer, peacocks, rabbits, monkeys, etc kept in cages.
Every day Uttara Ganabhaban of Natore is crowded with people from far and wide. Every day visitors from different parts of the country observe the immense beauty of the Ganabhaban with fascinated eyes.
Various initiatives are underway to make Uttara Ganabhaban more attractive to tourists. Tourists can enjoy some great moments at Uttara Ganabhaban with family.

It is very nice to see all the things made by the British. You have traveled to this very beautiful place of Natore and given its details very nicely. It seems like the crowd here is pretty good. Good luck to you.
