SEC-S18W3 | Traveling and enjoying in couple by @jahangeerkhanday.

Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to take part in yet, another engagement challenge that this community has floated, and I hope that I’ll be able to draw Your attention towards my post, and through this post, I will get an opportunity to interact with many of you.

I’m thankful to this community to provide me an opportunity to express my views about the bond I share with my favourite person and also the places I have or would explore in the future with him. I have been with my favourite person for couple of years now as we are working in the same department and at the same post and fortunately for us, we share the same thoughts as well.

Talking about my special person whom I would love to do an itinerary with is my friend who works with me in the rural development department and we both are posted at the same post. It was in secondary school where I met him first and we were classmates for two years and didn’t spend much time with each other because we had different friends circles back then. Now as we got a job together in the same department, we came to know each other very closely and over a period of few months, we both felt like we had the same thoughts , and we shared the same feelings and approach to day to day challenges that we face in our professional life. We solve the problems together and take one another into loop and take help from each other whenever we face a problem. Sharing problems faced in professional life with each other, made us good friends and it’s from the last year we started exploring different places together.

It was last year when we were asked to reach a famous tourist spot Yusmarg to take part in a cleanliness drive initiated by the district administration. We both were very enthusiastic about the same, and we made arrangements for our travel a day before. My friend had arranged all the food stuff that we needed and moreover he had bought in some dry fruits as well. We both took a very active part in the cleanliness drive and made sure that we judiciously do what we were supposed to and helped the authorities to keep the place clean and attractive. The cleanliness drive was a pretext to our trip to the place and a day before we had planned to stay there for at least one night and enjoy each other’s company.

My friend, who is an expert in making snacks like barbecues did a great job by making barbecues for not only both of us, but also for the Hotel staff with whom we had become friends in that short period of time. It was quite an exciting evening, when my friend started making barbecues and all of the staff were roaming around and enjoying the time together. The meat we had bought in the afternoon was not enough in quantity to share with everyone around, but still we compromised with the quantity and to make it a memorable time we shared a piece each with everyone who was around. More than the taste, it was the satisfaction that we got while sharing.
My friend who has done PhD in physics is quite enthusiastic about the universe, and fortunately for him, there had arrived a team who had already installed the equipment for watching night sky. It was an exciting time for me because it was for the first time that I was going to see some planets through a telescope, which otherwise I would have only imagined about. Upon seeing the Rings of Saturn I could believe in the existence of other planets, which otherwise I had only read about and had never seen before.

It was the night when we had the most of the fun, as one more friend of mine who already works in the hotel industry arrived and we gossiped a lot. It was quite a memorable time in which we travelled back through our lives and shared all what had happened in our lives. It was the best time to know each other very well and we also discussed some of our future plans. By sharing our future plans we could get insights into the potential avenues that could help us grow in the future.
