This is the underpass of Kolkata purple line metro station called Taratala. It is not so visible in day time also. This is one of three metro stations of five metro lines in Kolkata where there is no manual ticket counter. It is operated without any human interaction fully automatic with most modern state of the art technology. The underlying road is one of the busiest road called Diamond Harbour Road NH 117. This is one of the two equidistant nearest metro station from my house.

A over illuminated restaurant with led neon sign. It is just beside Behala Market and metro station called Behala Bazar. The shop is famous for biriyani, chicken roll and kababs. Chicken Biriyani price is about 100 steem. One of the best mugali cuisine of the locality.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd, HQ at the dask. They build Naval ships, Tankers, Bulk carriers, Platform supply vessels and Naval diesel engines. It's workshop is situated on the south bank of river Ganges in Kolkata.
