I have seen this zoo so I know it's a grand place for a day's outing. As a school going children, it was one of our most visited destinations if we had nothing else to do. They used to charge a very small amount back then as an entrance fee but we enjoyed this place like anything. You brought back my childhood memories through this post.
Of course, we have visited the zoo many times in our childhood. Because it is such a place where one can see everything. I am very happy to know that my post has refreshed your childhood memories. I am in India right now (I landed here on the 26th) and waiting for the present heat wave to recede a bit so I can go for my travel trips. I am willing to complete my travel book whichthat has a couple of chapters from India too.
