Visiting the Grand Opening of Cafe “Rumoh Tuha Roastery”

On this bright and cheerful morning, I am very grateful because I am still given prime health by my Creator. I do not forget to prostrate myself to HIM before I start my very precious day. Hopefully what we plan today can run very smoothly without any obstacles and hindrances.

Last night, my friends and I in the WhatsApp group received an invitation to visit the Grand Opening event of a cafe “Rumoh Tuha Roastery” This cafe happens to be owned by the family of my boss at the school where I teach. Of course we were very happy to receive this invitation, and I certainly did not want to miss this event.

Finally, the moment we were waiting for arrived, during the break we went to the newly opened cafe at Rumoh Tuha Roastery which is located on Jalan Teumpok Terendam, Simpang Empat, Banda Sakti District, Lhoksrumawe City. The location happens to be not far from the school where I teach. It only takes about five minutes to arrive at Rumoh Tuha Roastery.

The Grand Opening event took place on October 21, 2024 on a Monday morning full of blessings. The event has been open to the public from 05:00 am. We saw along the way to the location there were many flower boards congratulating and succeeding the Grand Opening of the Rumoh Tuha Roastery cafe. The parking lot in front of the cafe was filled with visitors' vehicles. From the outside, a tall and unique wooden building similar to an Acehnese house was visible.

The building was made of wood, chairs and tables were also made of wood, it looked very unique. The touch of various beautiful lights was very charming. The cafe building was outdoor style so we could feel the breeze blowing. My friends and I took an empty seat to sit together, enjoying the atmosphere of the Rumoh Tuha Roastery cafe.

My eyes were still spoiled by the ornaments in the Rumoh Tuha Roastery cafe. Beautiful flowers added to the sweetness of the Rumoh Tuha Roastery cafe. On the side of the cafe building there is also a garden overgrown with beautiful green plants, and there are also wooden tables and chairs for visitors who want a natural atmosphere.

At the Grand Opening they provided free drinks and food from 05:00 to 10:00 am. The food and drinks they provided for the guests at that time were savory rice wrapped in banana leaves, various cakes such as fruit pies, risol, sponge cakes, layer cakes, boiled sweet potatoes and boiled bananas.

As for the drinks, there were coffee, tea and fruit juices. We tasted the free drinks and food that had been served on the buffet table. The waiters also looked busy serving the guests. My friends and I really enjoyed the new atmosphere at the Rumoh Tuha Roastery cafe happily.

I didn't forget to take as much documentation as possible for my personal collection and of course for my writing material on Steemit. Our hearts were happy to be in this beautiful place coupled with the friendliness of the owner of the Rumoh Tuha Roastery cafe who was also happy to see the enthusiasm of the visitors who crowded his place of business.

Of the many cafes in my city, Rumoh Tuha Roastery cafe is one of the best cafes in terms of its uniqueness that is different from the others in my city of Lhokseumawe. Although the theme is Rumoh Tuha which means old house, they are able to present its uniqueness. Coupled with its naturalness in designing chairs and tables from wood.

Likewise with the various shapes of the lamps, all of which are able to make visitors feel comfortable and want to linger in this place. The green plants around the Rumoh Tuha Roastery cafe are also quite numerous and green, which adds to its naturalness.

Tuha Roastery cafe became increasingly crowded with visitors. The visitors who came were young and old, men and women, all wanting to enjoy the new atmosphere in this cafe. The cafe owner also seemed busy greeting and shaking hands with those who came. The waiters were also increasingly agile in serving their guests.

Finally, after being full with the dishes served, and having been satisfied enjoying the atmosphere of the Rumoh Tuha Roastery cafe, my friends and I finally moved to return to work. Before going home, we took the time to take some more photos. After being satisfied with the photos, we moved to go home.
