SEC-S16W2 | Solo vs Group in Travel

Hi, fellow steemians. Welcome to my blog! I appreciate the community for the topic. At least I have some pics to exhibit for this purpose as I won't have to consult the internet to help provide the necessary visuals.

Your choice for travel alone or group: state your reasons by listing advantages and disadvantages.

My choice for travel is the group travels. Group travel has been my preferred choice over time. As a mother, I still wonder where I would go without my children except I am expected to come back that same day of travels.

Aside from my hubby, my kids have become part of me as they are always in my plans of travel and it has been fun with them. But in most group travels, my hubby has been missing in action due to work schedules.

Traveling in a group is usually fun for me and also for the kids. We. Don't stop talking about it even after 7days of return. It builds long-lasting memories in us as we continue to anticipate more trips. The kids always feel rejuvenated after trips of this kind.

One thing that I see as disadvantage is the cost of moving in a group. I could imagine what the fares would be like with the recent inflation in the country and the hike in PMS. Moving in a group would be a lot more expensive either by air or by road.

The difference you experience in general costs by traveling in these modalities.

The cost of traveling for both modalities is clear one is less expensive given that it is solo whereas the other is expensive because of the group details. When we look at some parameters, these differences can be noticed.

Ordinarily, if I am to travel solo, feeding,g, and snacking would be a lot easier for me compared to when a family size of 4. I could just hang around, consume junks, and end the day happily but with family, I have to start looking out for what each person or that would be generally eaten by all. Not that it is more expensive as a group but inconveniencing.

Logistics involvement is another clear evidence in both modalities. There is a higher cost of logistics incurred during travels than solo travels. This may involve flight tickets for a group or bus tickets in like sum. Solo travel is relatively cheaper.

For the case of going in a group: which people would you like to take with you on the trip? Alone: which activities will you do?

Since group travel has remained my favorite and preferred choice, my family is my choice here. As I earlier mentioned, my kids and hubby are my companions but for some time, my kids have remained my travel mates.

As recommendations: What are the best spots for you to travel in group/alone?

We visited a lot of places during my last travels during the long Christmas break. As soon as the kids closed, we went for holidays and toured around two states in the eastern part of the country.

We visited the Cinema where we had seamless movie time with the kids at the movie section of the mall we visited. The mall that housed the cinema was not exempted as we had done shopping before and after the movie time.

Other children's playground event center was also visited where the kids had fun. They drove the electronic cars with each of them manning these mobile toy cars with maximum cruise.
