I love going to the northern areas of Pakistan for my holidays. The mountains there are breathtaking, and the air feels so fresh. I really enjoy exploring the valleys and trying out local foods like chapli kebabs and pakoras.
One of my favorite spots is Hunza Valley, known for its stunning scenery and friendly locals. I also love visiting Fairy Meadows for its magical views of Nanga Parbat. Trekking in these areas is an adventure you won't forget.
For travelers looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature's beauty, Pakistan's northern areas are a must-visit. From scenic hikes to delicious cuisine, there's something to enjoy in this picturesque region.
If you're going to the northern parts of Pakistan, give yourself at least a week to spend there exploring. This allows you plenty of time to enjoy the stunning scenery, embark on walks, and immerse yourself in the local way of life.
I advise taking public transportation or hiring a local driver for transportation needs. A competent driver can make the trip safer and more pleasurable because roads can be twisty and occasionally difficult.
There are many possibilities for lodging, from luxurious hotels to guesthouses that are affordable. Cozy guesthouses with breathtaking mountain views can be found in Hunza Valley, and Fairy Meadows has campsites for those looking for a more daring experience amidst the splendor of nature.
Don't miss important locations like Hunza Valley, Fairy Meadows, and Nanga Parbat Base Camp when touring northern Pakistan. These locations provide breathtaking vistas, thrilling hiking experiences, and an opportunity to fully engage with the local way of life.

Mid-range hotels and guesthouses provide lodging for $30–50 a night, with slightly higher meal prices, for visitors looking for greater comfort.

You like to visit Northern part of Pakistan on your holiday. Your favorite place there is Hunza Valley. In this contest I read a user's entry he wants to visit a district Shangla in Pakistan in his next trip and as far as I know this place is also in Northern part of Pakistan. I have no doubt about the beauty in Northern Pakistan. I agree with you, if you travel there you should hire local transportation drivers because they are familiar with the roads there, they can give accurate information about the best spots, best food there.
